Own universe
02:46
|
|||
Always alone
In the space of my own universe
Nowhere is home
Never find myself at ease
Friends I have lost
I still hear their voices in my head
I’m looking for
What will make my battle cease
For what it’s worth
I dared to lay bare my soul
When I was there
You could have cared a little more
I’ve paid the cost, I lost
I’m still alive by chance
Remember time
Can be lost only once
Soldier and saint
One of a strange kind
I lost myself
The same self to bravely find
Out of reach
The past has lost its high
You’re not here to live
You came back here to die
A futile fight has been
Impossible to win
I now begin to see
How you became him
You paid the cost, you lost
You’re still alive by chance
Remember time
Can be lost only once

Defeat
04:25
|
|||
Always heading to the wall
Loyal to death, war against all
Fighting in vain your fate will meet
Looks like it’s time to admit defeat
Nothing’s to change to ease your pain
To soothe your rage, is all in vain
Broken, fallen, doomed to fail
But you would do it all again
Your secrets your lies
Self-destruction to an end
You have to let it die
So that you can live again
It’s been a race, a war, a quest
But for the vain there is no rest
Time stands still, you’re still here
To face your fear, chances are you will
I hope you’d care, I'd hope you’d see
When you betray me you’re still me
Mad, deranged, so unwell
I’d love you again in every possible hell
Your anger is infectious
With that, one learns to live
But darkness is addictive
And you have more to give

Dreamscape
04:40
|

Already lost, already died
Maybe my answers I will find
Maybe I’ll see and I’ll believe
What I can’t change and won’t forgive
I close my eyes, I’m on the beach
Beyond saving, out of reach
Walking barefoot on the sand
Something I’m holding in my hand
Your fears haunt you
in your sleep
You can’t fight them,
you’re theirs to keep
They take shape,
and steal the night
Can’t escape,
they own your mind
Own universe, all out of sync
I don’t belong, I never did
There’s no hope for peace inside
Until that place I can find
I close my eyes, I’m on the hill
I see the snow, the cold I feel
You’ll come to me, we’ll make a deal
And none of this will have been real

Silence my soul
03:00
|
|||
Such a pretty sight
Watching you sleeping peacefully
Counting your heartbeat
Such a long journey and
I’ve been waiting faithfully
Just to hearing you breath
Silence my soul,
Lie here by me, life’s just a piece of rusted wisdom
You won your war
And you won’t have to fight anymore
Don’t open your eyes
As you fearfully walk
Between a picture and a haze
I’ll be your guardian angel and,
I will take care
Of all your nightmares
There are some nights
Painfully cold and long
But still morning light is the last thing you want
And if it was easy
What I dream of to learn
It’s so much harder, what I ‘m afraid to understand

Don't love me tomorrow
05:46
|
|||
Your pride is fragile
And it breaks into tears
Another day has gone by
And I ‘ve dealt with all my fears
The night is falling
I hear shouts in the dark
Someone lost their love
And someone got it back
Don’t love me tomorrow
Love me today
Make my life, a better place, where I ‘d want to stay
Hold my hand,
Don’t leave me alone
Cause I am lost, and all I want is to go home
You said you ‘re leaving
Start a new life from scratch
But broken hearts are empty
So I wasn’t feeling much
My goodbye words were lies
But I could still see in your eyes
Something I knew I ‘d miss
That evil piece of paradise
